Your video will capture the excitement of your items being selected and carefully packed before they head your way. It's a fun way to enjoy the mystery before your package arrives and makes for a great keepsake to look back on.
Please note:
- This add-on is available only on eligible Hollow Mystery Box orders.
- Due to the nature of some specialty boxes (such as Total Mystery Boxes or other surprise formats), a packing video may not be available.
- If your order isn't eligible for a packing video, we'll contact you with options.
- Videos are for entertainment purposes and may vary in length depending on your order.
- Pack My Box in the Hollow videos are filmed once a week and are posted as scheduling allows. Your video may be posted before your order ships, on the day your order ships, or shortly before shipment.
Please note that purchasing the Pack My Box in the Hollow video does not change or shorten our 7–10 business day processing and shipping turnaround. Your order will still be processed within our normal 7–10 business day timeframe.
