At Hidden Hollow Co., every order is carefully packed by hand with lots of care.
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date listed in the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Hidden Hollow Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, but we'll gladly help you work with the carrier if an issue arises.
